Service Policies
Please read these terms before purchasing or using any Web Solutions service.
1. Overview
By accessing, ordering, or using any Web Solutions service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Web Solutions provides digital services including website design, web development, redesigns, branding, SEO work, hosting setup, support, maintenance, and related creative services.
3. Payments
Payment is generally required before work begins unless another arrangement is agreed to. Delayed or incomplete payment may delay or pause work until payment is resolved.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed exact dates. Delays may happen because of revision requests, missing content, late communication, platform issues, or scope changes during the project.
5. Refund Policy
Because digital services involve reserved time and custom work, refunds are usually not available once work has started. Refunds may only be considered if no meaningful work has begun.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, required content, approvals, and timely responses. Project delays caused by missing materials or slow communication are the client’s responsibility.
7. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the chosen plan or the agreement made before the project starts. Extra revisions, redesign requests, or major scope changes may result in additional charges.
8. Scope of Work
Any request outside the original project scope may be treated as extra work. This includes new features, extra pages, advanced integrations, major layout changes, or additional design rounds.
9. Ownership and Portfolio Rights
Once the agreed project payment is fully completed, the client owns the final approved deliverable unless otherwise stated. Web Solutions may still display completed work in a portfolio, social post, or showcase unless a separate confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
10. Content and Client Materials
Clients must have the right to use any logos, text, videos, photos, or other materials they provide. Web Solutions is not responsible for copyright or licensing problems caused by client-submitted content.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for scams, impersonation, malware, spam, hateful content, illegal activity, deceptive business practices, or anything that could create harm or legal risk.
12. Hosting and Third-Party Services
If a project relies on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, domain registrars, plugins, ticket systems, or Discord integrations, Web Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by those outside services.
13. Support and Maintenance
Ongoing support is only included when stated in the selected package or agreement. One-time projects do not automatically include unlimited future edits or lifetime maintenance.
14. Cancellations and Project Pause
Web Solutions may pause or cancel a project if communication stops for an extended time, required materials are not provided, abusive behavior occurs, or payment issues remain unresolved.
15. Account and Access Safety
If access credentials, hosting logins, or admin permissions are shared for project work, clients are responsible for keeping those accounts secure. Web Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by weak passwords, compromised third-party accounts, or client-side mishandling of access credentials.
16. Limitation of Liability
Web Solutions is not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime, ranking changes, sales loss, service interruption, or indirect damages that result from using our services or third-party tools.
17. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
